Procurement Engagement Manager – Houston

About the role

Infosys is seeking a senior professional to lead procurement and sourcing initiatives for its Houston client base. As a Procurement Engagement Manager, you will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal delivery teams, driving revenue growth and ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts.
• Develop proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs) and business solutions in partnership with Procurement, Legal, Finance and Delivery teams.
• Assess customer business requirements and align organizational capabilities to deliver value‑driven solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client executives and key stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Lead executive meetings, governance reviews, and engagement activities; serve as the primary point of contact for performance reviews, escalations and risk mitigation.
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement service‑improvement initiatives.
• Manage and oversee teams supporting assigned accounts, set goals, monitor performance and ensure successful execution of commitments.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and performance‑management for senior project managers, architects and delivery leads.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior operations or procurement management, preferably within a consulting or services environment.
• Strong track record of client relationship management and revenue growth.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to manage cross‑functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
