Tax Advisor – Hybrid Role

About the role

Wealth Enhancement is looking for a Tax Advisor to deliver high‑quality tax advice, planning, and return preparation for our diverse client base. The position works closely with Financial Advisors to ensure client satisfaction and operates under a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare individual, partnership, S‑corp, C‑corp, trust, estate, foundation, payroll, sales‑tax, and foreign (FBAR) tax returns.
• Develop tax strategies, projections, and provide planning advice to clients and Financial Advisors.
• Conduct tax research using resources such as CCH Intelliconnect and BNA.
• Review and respond to tax notices, auditor inquiries, and amend returns as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and revenue.
• Promote WETCS service offerings to appropriate clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with Financial Advisor teams and clients.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in tax compliance for individuals and businesses.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Financial Advisors and client teams.
• Commitment to continuous professional development in tax regulations and software.

What we offer

• Base salary range $85,000 – $110,000 (annual), plus bonuses and benefits.
