Process Assistant – Inbound Dock

About the role

Amazon is seeking Process Assistants to support operations leaders and associates in its inbound dock area. The role combines hands‑on production tasks with leadership duties to help achieve strong fulfillment results.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders, receive and stow product, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Unload and load trucks, operating powered equipment when required.
• Communicate work instructions, motivate team members, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with production duties as needed, such as operating forklifts or cherry pickers.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work 40 hours/week plus overtime, with a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 lb, stand/walk up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products.
