About the role

Ochsner Health in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi is seeking a PRN Hospital Medicine Physician to join Ochsner Hancock on a day‑shift schedule. Board‑certified or board‑eligible Internal Medicine physicians are welcome to apply.

Key responsibilities

Manage an average daily census of 15 patients, including admissions.
Perform ICU rounding in an open ICU with support from an E‑ICU intensivist.
Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record system with remote access capabilities.
Collaborate with dedicated RN and Social Work Clinical Care Coordinators.

Required profile

Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Internal Medicine.
Available for PRN, day‑shift work in a community hospital setting.

Required skills

Proficiency with the EPIC EMR system.
Experience using remote EMR access tools.
