Principal – Quality, M&P & Process

About the role

AT&T is seeking a Principal professional to lead quality standards, methodologies and process improvements across its operations in Dallas. This full‑time onsite position reports directly to senior leadership and drives high‑impact projects that enhance efficiency and product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Conduct root‑cause analyses and implement corrective actions for product quality issues.
• Collect, track and analyze performance data to spot trends and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain detailed documentation of process changes, quality checks and improvement initiatives.
• Lead cross‑functional process‑improvement projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in quality assurance, process improvement or related fields.
• Relevant certifications required in certain areas.
• Proven ability to work with minimal oversight and influence senior leadership.
