Principal Product Manager, Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the transformation of how we deliver analytics to internal and external customers through AI. This collaborative, forward‑thinking leader will guide product discovery, strategy, and execution, turning emerging technologies and customer insights into practical solutions that improve decision‑making and outcomes across our Healthcare Education portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for AI‑enabled analytics across nursing and medical education products.
• Identify opportunities to use AI to simplify analytics, surface insights, improve decision support, and enable personalized experiences.
• Lead end‑to‑end product development from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product strategies, requirements, and experiences.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, subject‑matter experts, and customer‑facing teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Communicate product strategy, priorities, decisions, and trade‑offs to achieve cross‑functional alignment.
• Establish measures of success such as adoption, usability, customer impact, and business outcomes.
• Champion responsible AI use, ensuring quality, privacy, transparency, and trust.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in product management, technology, data, analytics, or a related field.
• Proven product leadership with the ability to influence and align cross‑functional teams.
• Experience delivering AI‑, analytics‑, data‑, or insight‑driven products.
• Practical understanding of AI, analytics, experimentation, and data products.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
• Strong product and project management abilities in an agile environment.
• Preferred background in healthcare, education, or enterprise software.
