Principal, GTM Enablement

About the role

As a Principal on the Sales Performance & Execution team, you will drive change across the go‑to‑market (GTM) organization. You will design and deliver enablement programs that boost seller readiness, adoption, and productivity, ensuring the sales force can operate at peak performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the GTM change‑management strategy, creating adoption plans, anticipating resistance, and measuring outcomes.
• Draft and distribute clear, timely field communications such as newsletters, launch announcements, and policy updates.
• Act as the liaison between Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and RevOps, representing the seller’s perspective in cross‑functional planning.
• Design, schedule, and execute enablement programs, maintaining a calendar and roadmap with defined milestones and success criteria.
• Support Sales Kick‑Off (SKO) planning in partnership with Marketing.
• Build and maintain a library of sales plays and runbooks for new logo pursuit, expansion, competitive displacement, and vertical‑specific motions, incorporating MEDDPICC and Veriforce’s evolving sales methodology.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue programs, GTM programs, field marketing, product marketing, or sales operations.
• Proven track record leading change‑management initiatives for tools, processes, or policy rollouts.
• Exceptional written communication skills, able to craft concise field announcements, persuasive executive updates, and engaging newsletters.
• Strong program‑management mindset: planning backward from deadlines, tracking dependencies, and juggling multiple workstreams.
