Principal Business Consultant - Quality Control

About the role

Veeva is building an industry cloud for Life Sciences and seeks a Principal Business Consultant focused on Quality Control. In this role you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming laboratory networks with Veeva’s LIMS software, reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.

Key responsibilities

• Act as lead for Veeva Business Consulting’s largest and most complex global projects, ensuring excellence across multiple teams.
• Lead business development for Quality Control, designing and winning engagements exceeding $1M.
• Manage and mentor high‑performing consulting teams, driving professional growth and delivery standards.
• Develop and champion industry‑leading thought leadership in Quality Control.
• Serve as trusted advisor to executive‑level QC stakeholders, leveraging Veeva’s data and software to solve critical challenges.

Required profile

• 10+ years of Life Sciences consulting experience, preferably in management consulting.
• Proven track record of winning and delivering consulting engagements of $1M or more.
• Deep domain knowledge in Quality, with a heavy focus on Quality Control and a comprehensive understanding of the Life Sciences landscape.
• Extensive experience managing multiple project teams and senior‑level customer relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Knowledge of Veeva products.
• Experience delivering SaaS or tech‑enabled consulting solutions.
