Principal Business Consultant - Global Content

About the role

As a Principal Consultant in Veeva’s Global Content Practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with technology, data and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change and measuring tangible business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Veeva Business Consulting’s largest and most complex global projects, ensuring excellence across multiple teams.
• Own business development for the Global Content Practice, architecting and winning deals exceeding $1M.
• Manage and mentor high‑performing consulting teams, driving professional growth and delivery standards.
• Develop and champion thought leadership in content operating models to keep Veeva at the cutting edge of life sciences.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C‑suite stakeholders, leveraging Veeva’s data and software to solve critical challenges.

Required profile

• 10+ years of life‑sciences consulting experience (management consulting preferred).
• Proven track record of winning and delivering $1M+ consulting engagements.
• Deep domain knowledge of content operating models, med/legal/reg review and content strategy.
• Extensive experience managing multiple project teams and senior‑level customer relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
