Principal Business Consultant - Global Analytics

About the role

As a Principal Business Consultant in Veeva’s Global Analytics practice, you will help Life Sciences customers accelerate patient access to treatments by reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and delivering measurable business value through technology, data, and AI.

Key responsibilities

• Project Mastery: Lead Veeva Business Consulting’s largest and most complex global analytics projects, ensuring excellence across multiple teams.
• Strategic Growth: Own business development for Global Analytics, designing and winning engagements exceeding $1 million.
• People Leadership: Manage and mentor high‑performing consulting teams, driving professional growth and delivery standards.
• Thought Leadership: Create and promote industry‑leading insights in Global Analytics to keep Veeva at the forefront of Life Sciences.
• Customer Success: Act as a trusted advisor to C‑suite stakeholders, leveraging Veeva data and software to solve critical business challenges.

Required profile

• 10+ years of Life Sciences consulting experience, preferably in management consulting.
• Proven track record of winning and delivering consulting engagements valued at $1 million or more.
• Deep domain knowledge of healthcare data sets (claims, engagement, reference) and analytics use cases such as segmentation, call planning, forecasting, and field deployment.
• Extensive experience managing multiple project teams and senior‑level customer relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
