About the role

The Global Presales Demo team at AVEVA creates and maintains best‑in‑class demonstration packages for the company’s full product portfolio. The role supports regional sales teams by tailoring demos to customer opportunities and helps convey business value through industry‑specific use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Build deep, hands‑on expertise in AVEVA Unified Engineering and Process Simulation to implement, configure, test, deploy, maintain, and customize high‑quality demonstration environments.
• Develop end‑to‑end engineering workflows in demo scenarios covering process, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines.
• Design and deliver simulation‑led scenarios, including what‑if analysis and process design optimisation, to clearly demonstrate business value.
• Collaborate with the Global Technical Excellence Leader and portfolio experts to integrate and design demo storylines aligned with industry use cases.
• Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent demo‑building initiatives, leveraging the global presales community.
• Review, refine, and enhance demonstrations created by other teams to ensure consistency, quality, and audience relevance.
• Deploy the latest demonstrations within AVEVA Customer Experience Centers worldwide and enable local teams to maintain and deliver them.
• Travel to AVEVA events to deploy, configure, and validate software environments for live event delivery.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of engineering design workflows using AVEVA Unified Engineering (UE) or comparable platforms.
• Experience with process simulation and the creation of simulation‑driven use cases.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines based on high‑level work descriptions.
• Willingness to travel for events and on‑site deployments.
