About the role
We are hiring a Practice Operations Manager to serve as the operational leader for two new clinics opening soon in Orange and Long Beach, California. Working as a dyad partner with the Clinic Director, you will be responsible for leading service delivery and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations of the practice.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the operational leader for the new Orange and Long Beach clinics.
- Partner with the Clinic Director to plan, launch and manage clinic services.
- Lead service delivery, coordinating clinical, administrative and support functions.
- Ensure that clinic operations align with Amae Health’s integrated care model.
