Practice Director Business Development (Marketing & Creative)

About the role

Robert Half is recruiting a Practice Director Business Development (Marketing & Creative) in Woodbridge, NJ. The Practice Director maintains above-average performance metrics, leads business generation, directs and motivates direct reports, takes part in hiring new hires and communicates effectively across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue-generating activities and practice group performance, meet productivity standards and manage time and priorities
• Attract, source, train, develop and retain staff, and build a collaborative, inclusive team culture
• Manage change, resolve issues with internal staff, clients and candidates, and run effective meetings
• Build a customer retention and expansion strategy, lead customer loyalty and expand the headcount to up to 4 people including the director
• Meet business generation, revenue and pricing goals based on location

Required profile

• 1+ years of talent solutions and/or management experience, or equivalent
• Proven performance in a talent manager or director role
• Demonstrated success in business generation and business development
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred

Required skills

• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, databases and other technology systems

What we offer

• Typical salary range of $72,000 to $90,000, negotiable, with eligibility for a performance-based bonus
