Portfolio Management Analyst – CIB Lending (US)

About the role

The SCIB Portfolio Management Analyst supports US SCIB COO Lending Solutions by providing credit spreading, portfolio monitoring, covenant and collateral tracking, and preparing review materials across various CIB lending portfolios. This entry‑to‑early‑career role works with products such as Infrastructure Finance, Structured Finance, Leveraged Finance, investment‑grade corporate lending and GTB‑linked exposures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial spreading and basic credit analysis for assigned borrowers, and prepare variance analysis, ratio outputs and portfolio summaries.
• Maintain trackers for financial statements, covenant certificates, collateral deliverables and other monitoring obligations, flagging missing or late items.
• Assist with amendment, waiver and lifecycle event tracking, coordinating with Transaction Management, Agency and Operations teams.
• Prepare recurring status reports, covenant dashboards and portfolio data extracts, and support data‑quality reviews and process improvements.
• Develop knowledge of Infrastructure, Structured, Leveraged and investment‑grade finance products and collaborate with Front Office, Credit, Risk and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of experience in credit analysis, finance, accounting, banking or related portfolio monitoring roles.
• Foundational knowledge of financial statements, corporate finance and Excel.
