Plumbing Service Technician

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Service Technician to join Ryan Plumbing & Heating’s team in Rochester. The role involves servicing existing plumbing systems, repairing and replacing fixtures, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Service and maintain existing plumbing systems.
• Repair or replace plumbing fixtures and equipment.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean job site.
• Order materials, manage inventory, and complete paperwork daily.
• Communicate project plans with supervisors and customers.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Cutting and welding of piping.
• Assembling piping, tubes, fixtures and fittings.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and layouts.
• Basic computer literacy and use of electronic devices for order processing.
