Plant Health and Turf Manager

About the role

Our client is looking for a Plant Health and Turf Manager to lead their Turf division, overseeing multiple properties and service lines while ensuring high-quality turf health and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate labor, equipment and material resources across the division.
• Manage division budgets, job costing and control labor and material expenses.
• Coach, develop and retain field staff, including hiring and performance management.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and customer service standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in turf management, landscaping or lawn‑care operations.
• 2+ years in a leadership role managing crews, supervisors or divisions.
• Certified Commercial Applicator License and a clean driver’s license.

Required skills

• Turf health and fertilization program knowledge.
• Budget management and job costing.
• Route scheduling and optimization.
