Pick/Pack Operator – 1st Shift (DSP)

About the role

Join Bosch Power Tools' fast‑paced warehouse in West Memphis as a Pick/Pack Operator on the first shift. You will assemble, configure, and package power‑tool products to meet customer specifications while ensuring quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, configure and customize products according to work instructions and shipping deadlines.
• Securely package finished items, apply accurate labels, and verify order accuracy before shipment.
• Record material usage, monitor inventory levels and alert supervisors of low stock.
• Perform visual inspections, report defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, hazard‑free work area following 5S and safety guidelines.
• Operate packaging machinery safely and follow all safety and environmental policies.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics and production teams to resolve issues and streamline material flow.
• Maintain reliable attendance; weekend work and overtime may be required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly or packaging preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions, diagrams and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail, time‑management and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb repeatedly.

Required skills

• Basic computer usage for inventory tracking.
• Experience operating packaging machinery.
• Knowledge of inventory tracking systems.
