About the role

We are seeking dedicated family medicine, internal medicine or geriatric physicians passionate about caring for seniors. Join Ochsner’s 65 Plus program to deliver holistic, patient‑centered care to adults 65 and older.

Key responsibilities

• Provide focused, holistic care to small patient panels, ensuring each senior receives personalized attention.
• Spend extended time with each patient for thorough consultations covering all aspects of health and well‑being.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for seniors.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay at the forefront of geriatric care.

Required profile

• Board‑certified in family medicine, internal medicine or geriatrics.
• Strong passion for improving the quality of life of elderly patients.
• Commitment to a collaborative, supportive work environment.
