About the role

Ochsner Health seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to join the Healthy Back outpatient team. You will autonomously deliver physical therapy services, evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress to ensure high‑quality care.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform patient evaluations and create individualized treatment programs.
  • Assess patient response, adjust plans as needed, and maintain accurate records.
  • Achieve productivity targets related to access, patient experience, and quality metrics.
  • Contribute to program development to meet community needs.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Current state physical therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Strong judgment, decision‑making, and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with computers, software, and web‑based applications.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
