About the role

The Physical Security and Risk Mitigation Manager will lead efforts to protect sensitive information and strengthen the resilience of digital infrastructure within our Cybersecurity practice. You will identify and analyse potential threats, manage vulnerabilities, and guide teams to deliver secure solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead threat‑intelligence and vulnerability‑management initiatives to safeguard data.
• Analyse emerging threats and develop proactive security measures.
• Design and implement secure systems to prevent cyber attacks.
• Mentor and manage teams, ensuring high‑quality client support.
• Deploy and oversee intrusion detection systems and network security platforms.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to maintain project quality, timelines, and deliverables.
• Address conflicts and engage stakeholders to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred academic background in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or Project/Technology Management.
