Cyber Strategy & Resilience Manager

About the role

As a Cyber Strategy & Resilience – Cyber Strategy & Transformation Manager at PwC, you will help organisations navigate complex regulatory environments and strengthen internal controls to mitigate cyber risk. You will lead client engagements within the Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice, delivering compliance strategies and guiding the adoption of security frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead teams in developing and executing compliance strategies for complex regulatory landscapes.
• Manage client engagements, analyse regulatory requirements and implement risk‑mitigation solutions.
• Guide implementation of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF and ISO/IEC 27001.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and audits, identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee maintenance of regulatory compliance programs and reporting.
• Coach and mentor junior staff, leveraging their strengths and managing performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address compliance issues and facilitate difficult conversations.
• Use analytical thinking to interpret data and provide strategic insights.
• Promote innovative technologies and practices to improve compliance and risk‑management processes.
• Uphold PwC’s professional and technical standards, including code of conduct and independence requirements.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, compliance or risk management.
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage budgets and deliver results.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on mentoring others.

Required skills

• NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• ISO/IEC 27001.
