Phlebotomist

About the role

Citizens Health is seeking a full‑time Phlebotomist to support laboratory operations in both the hospital and clinic settings. The role involves basic laboratory and office procedures under direct supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Perform basic laboratory procedures and specimen procurement.
• Prepare and process specimens, maintain laboratory housekeeping, and complete other assigned duties.

Required profile

• Prefer phlebotomy certification (training provided for the right candidate).
• Experience with CPSI and Quest Diagnostics interfaces is preferred.
• Ability to maintain quality control standards and react calmly in emergencies.

Required skills

• Phlebotomy certification (or willingness to be trained).
• Familiarity with CPSI laboratory information system.
• Experience with Quest Diagnostics interface.
