About the role

The Pharmacy Member Service Guide joins a fast‑paced outreach team that helps members stay on their medications and navigate healthcare barriers. You will spend most of your day making outbound calls and sending SMS messages to educate, engage, and support members in medication adherence programs.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound phone and SMS outreach to inform members about medication adherence and health support programs.
  • Build trust quickly through empathetic, solutions‑oriented conversations.
  • Enroll eligible members in pharmacy, financial assistance, and care‑support programs.
  • Coordinate with providers, pharmacies, and internal clinical teams to resolve member issues.
  • Schedule medical appointments for high‑risk members when appropriate.
  • Utilize internal systems, AI‑assisted tools, and knowledge resources to answer member questions accurately.
  • Document interactions, manage follow‑up tasks, and adapt to changing workflows.

Required profile

  • 2+ years of experience in a high‑volume customer‑facing or outreach role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information compassionately.
  • Comfortable spending most of the day on outbound phone outreach in a metrics‑driven environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple systems and follow‑up tasks accurately while adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Demonstrated accountability, ownership, coachability, and openness to performance‑based feedback.
