Pharmacovigilance Systems Implementation Consultant (Remote)

About the role

Veeva is seeking a system implementation expert to join its Professional Services team and deliver the Vault Safety solution for life‑sciences customers. The remote consultant will work closely with senior consultants and clients to configure, validate and roll out safety systems.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and implement the Vault Safety platform for pharmaceutical clients, ensuring rapid deployment and compliance.
• Lead workshops, gap analyses, requirements gathering, validation activities and customer training sessions.
• Translate functional and technical requirements into system configurations and support data migration and integration.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on drug safety and pharmacovigilance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in life‑sciences, healthcare or a related safety industry.
• Hands‑on experience with GxP software solutions and computer‑systems validation.
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and deliver high‑quality results.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Required skills

• Vault Safety platform.
• Oracle Argus and/or ARISg (nice‑to‑have).
• SaaS/Cloud implementation experience.
