Personal Lines Insurance Agency Manager – Boca Raton

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Personal Lines insurance producer to step into a player‑coach role in our Boca Raton office. You will combine two established local teams, own sales performance and retention, and continue to be one of the top producers while leading the office through a critical integration phase.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain personal new‑business production and rank among the office’s leading Personal Lines producers.
• Generate new business through a referral network of mortgage brokers, realtors, BNI groups and other community partners.
• Lead the transition of two local agency teams into a single, consistent office environment.
• Coach, develop and manage a sales team, setting activity standards and providing day‑to‑day support.
• Monitor sales metrics such as new‑business premium, policies written, quotes, close ratios and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Oversee retention, renewal activity, pending cancellations and identify trends affecting growth and profitability.

Required profile

• Proven success as a high‑performing Personal Lines insurance producer with a strong new‑business track record.
• Active Florida 2‑20 insurance license.
• Experience managing, coaching or developing insurance sales professionals.
• Established network of referral partners and willingness to engage in local networking groups.
• Strong knowledge of Florida Personal Lines carriers, markets and sales dynamics.
