Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Rilla is looking for its first dedicated paid acquisition leader. You will own and scale a multi‑channel paid media program that has already generated $800k in revenue, while working directly with leadership in a fast‑growing B2B SaaS startup.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of Rilla's paid media program across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and other channels.
• Audit existing campaigns, identify gaps and turn promising channels into scalable machines.
• Execute end‑to‑end campaigns: audience targeting, creative briefs, bidding strategy, budget allocation and landing‑page optimisation.
• Track CAC, ROAS, pipeline contribution and conversion rates, reporting clearly to stakeholders.
• Run constant experiments on new channels, creatives, audiences and copy, killing under‑performing assets quickly.
• Build a repeatable creative testing process to understand what resonates with tradespeople.
• Produce ads that feel authentic to non‑tech, blue‑collar customers.
• Implement robust tracking and attribution (UTMs, pixels, tag management, CRM integration).
• Collaborate with sales to ensure generated leads are high‑quality and closeable.

Required skills

• 2+ years running paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Strong spreadsheet and dashboard skills for attribution modelling.
