People Team Graduate – Hybrid role in Houston

About the role

Join AVEVA’s People Team as a Graduate and rotate across three HR functions over 24 months, gaining hands‑on experience in talent, rewards, services and acquisition while supporting a global workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Build effective relationships with staff and managers across the business.
• Answer general HR queries as the first point of contact and escalate when needed.
• Assist with payroll administration and support the HR Business Partnering team.
• Navigate and maintain HRIS platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow.
• Participate in projects within Talent & Reward, People Services and Talent Acquisition.

Required skills

• Experience or familiarity with Workday HRIS.
