People Project Manager

About the role

Saronic Technologies is seeking a highly organized People Project Manager to coordinate large‑scale initiatives across the People organization, including Compensation, Talent, Workplace, EHS, and Security. You will keep projects on schedule, improve workflows, and ensure resources are properly allocated.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, and maintain detailed schedules, timelines, and milestones.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as engineering, design, and operations to drive successful delivery.
• Support resource management for personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Identify risks, track issues, and work with senior managers on mitigation strategies.
• Help monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and report financial performance.
• Prepare regular status reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or a related field.
• 3–7 years of project management experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams is a plus.
• PMP or CAPM certification is a plus but not required.
