People & Culture Specialist

About the role

The People & Culture Specialist serves as the Talent Acquisition Champion within Body Art Alliance’s People & Culture Center of Excellence. You will support the full employee lifecycle, focusing on recruitment strategy, workforce planning, candidate experience, onboarding, and organizational growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive recruiting excellence and build scalable hiring processes aligned with company growth.
• Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source and attract top talent through networking, referrals, direct outreach, and recruiting platforms.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
• Track recruiting metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and support workforce planning initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, manage employee records in Paycom, and process lifecycle changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Assist with employee relations, documentation, policy guidance, and engagement initiatives.
