Pediatric Otolaryngologist – Faculty Position at UCSF

About the role

The Division of Pediatric Otolaryngology‑Head and Neck Surgery at UCSF is seeking a fellowship‑trained Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join its faculty and support clinical growth at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital campuses in San Francisco and Oakland.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality inpatient and outpatient pediatric otolaryngology care across two tertiary children’s hospitals.
• Participate in resident and fellow education, including teaching and mentorship.
• Engage in clinical research initiatives aligned with the division’s mission.
• Collaborate with allied health professionals to deliver comprehensive care for an underserved pediatric population.

Required profile

• MD or MD/PhD (or equivalent) with completion of an accredited Otolaryngology‑Head & Neck Surgery residency.
• Accredited fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology completed by the start date.
• Board eligible or board certified in Otolaryngology‑Head & Neck Surgery.
• Valid California medical license or eligibility for licensure at hire.
• Demonstrated commitment to clinical research and medical education.
