Pediatric Occupational Therapist – Outpatient Clinic (Sign-on Bonus)

About the role

Reliant Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join its outpatient clinic in Cypress, TX. You will work in a clinician‑owned, clinician‑led environment focused on empowering children and supporting families.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement personalized therapy plans that help children achieve meaningful milestones.
• Deliver therapy through play‑based, engaging activities.
• Build strong relationships with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teammates.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, well‑rounded care.

Required profile

• Current certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Texas OT license.
• Passion for working with children and making therapy both effective and fun.
