Patient Enrollment Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Nabi Health is a fast‑growing digital health platform that connects patients with eating‑disorder specialists covered by insurance. As a Patient Enrollment Specialist you will be the first human contact for prospective patients, guiding them through intake and scheduling while providing compassionate support.

Key responsibilities

• Call and text prospective patients to arrange their first appointment.
• Manage a steady daily volume of outreach and follow‑up communications.
• Document each touchpoint in the system to ensure clear tracking.
• Explain the program’s benefits and process clearly and empathetically.
• Address common questions or concerns and route complex issues to the care team.
• Coordinate closely with dietitians and other clinicians for seamless handoffs.

Required profile

• Experience in phone‑based roles such as healthcare intake, enrollment, call‑center, or customer support.
• Strong verbal communication with a warm, confident tone.
• Highly organized, reliable, and proactive in follow‑ups.
• Comfortable working with scripts and defined processes.
• Availability for morning, afternoon, evening shifts; occasional weekend work is a plus.
