Patient Contact Specialist

About the role

Revecore helps hospitals recover earned revenue so they can keep serving patients and communities. As a Patient Contact Specialist you will provide high‑level service to ensure timely resolution of client accounts and act as a liaison between claims representatives and providers.

Key responsibilities

• Update patient accounts with information received from hospitals and follow‑up with Contact Specialists.
• Access client systems to obtain required information and monitor requests to prevent aging beyond the day.
• Perform special projects or tasks as assigned and assist IT in resolving access issues.

Required profile

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high‑level customer service to both external and internal customers.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work under minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
