Patient Care Assistant – Orthopedics (Full-Time)

About the role

Revere Health is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Assistant to join its busy orthopedics office in American Fork, Utah. This full‑time position supports physicians and patients throughout the care journey, ensuring a professional and compassionate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain excellent patient and staff relations while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Prepare exam rooms and escort patients to appointments.
• Manage clinic and surgery schedules for physicians.
• Address post‑surgery patient needs and relay information from providers to patients.
• Respond promptly to patient inquiries and medication refill requests.
• Assist with bracing, casting, and related orthopedic procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the clinical team.

Required profile

• Calm, organized, and dependable personality.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical capability to regularly bend, reach, lift, pull, and push.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous medical experience is preferred; phlebotomy training is a plus.
• Spanish language ability is a plus but not required.

Required skills

• Computer proficiency.
• Phlebotomy (preferred).
