Patient Care Assistant (Full-Time) – Long Island

About the role

Join a leading orthopedic and rheumatology hospital as a Patient Care Assistant on Long Island. You will work day shifts in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) supporting staff nurses and delivering high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Assist staff nurses in providing comprehensive attention to patients and families.
• Contribute input for patient care plans and review patient status throughout the shift.
• Help obtain and document patient information and coordinate care activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and clinically excellent environment.
• Follow hospital policies, guiding principles, and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability for day shift (6:30 AM – 2:45 PM).
• Willingness to start in Q4 2026 at the Long Island ASC.
