Patient Access Representative 2 (Full‑Time)

About the role
The Patient Access Representative 2 registers patients for clinical services, verifies insurance benefits, explains required documents, and collects payments. This on‑site position works Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
Key responsibilities
- Obtain, confirm, and enter demographic, financial, and clinical information for financial clearance.
- Contact families or physicians’ offices to obtain missing insurance information.
- Verify insurance eligibility and notify patients and referring physicians of any issues.
- Collaborate with scheduling departments to identify add‑on patients.
- Obtain authorizations, pre‑certifications, and referrals as needed.
- Notify patients of liabilities and collect funds.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in the system of record.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
