Part‑time Sociology Faculty (Remote)

About the role

The University of Arkansas Grantham seeks remote part‑time faculty to teach Sociology courses online. In this position you will deliver eight‑week courses to up to 70 students, supporting their learning through the Blackboard learning platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver online Sociology curriculum for eight‑week modules.
• Manage student engagement, assessments, and feedback within Blackboard.
• Maintain communication with students and administrative faculty.
• Adhere to course schedules that may begin monthly or quarterly.

Required profile

• Residency in one of the approved U.S. states.
• Experience in higher‑education instruction or related teaching roles.
• Ability to work full‑time remotely and manage a virtual classroom.
