Part‑Time Seasonal Event Staff – Flexible Shifts

About the role

Bravo1 Protection is looking for energetic individuals to join its event staff team for a seasonal, part‑time role. You will help ensure guest safety, smooth crowd flow, and a positive experience at a variety of high‑energy community events across Greenville and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Stand assigned perimeter posts and prevent unauthorized access to event property and restricted areas.
• Work static posts directing guests, answering questions, assisting crowd flow, and monitoring alcohol safety.
• Check IDs, apply wristbands, verify credentials, and support age‑restricted or access‑controlled areas.
• Support parking operations by collecting money, directing vehicles, and keeping traffic moving safely.
• Perform gate checks such as bag scans, wanding, temperature checks, and ticket verification.
• Report safety issues, rule violations, medical needs, or guest conflicts to a supervisor promptly.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation and a cell phone with voice, text, email and data capabilities.
• Fluent English reading, writing and speaking skills.
• Good customer‑service attitude and ability to interact with guests, staff and supervisors.
• Physical ability to stand, walk 8+ hours, work outdoors in changing weather and lift up to 25 lb.
• Pass background check and initial/random drug screenings.
• Commit to required fall dates and maintain active status with quarterly shifts outside the season.
• Professional appearance and adherence to Bravo1 Protection standards.

What we offer

• Hourly pay of $16‑$17 depending on training level and assignment.
