About the role
This part‑time, on‑site position supports the Bloomingdale’s store in Chicago by delivering personalized styling and exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain store presentation standards and visual merchandising.
- Support sales targets and build customer loyalty.
- Assist customers with styling and product selection.
- Collaborate with the store team to deliver the Reiss experience.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and passion for the Reiss brand.
- Teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Attention to detail in visual merchandising.
- Flexibility to work retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous retail or styling experience is a plus.
- Proactive mindset with commitment to exceed expectations.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
