About the role

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, providing essential front‑desk support during overnight hours. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check‑ins, check‑outs, and ensuring accurate financial records while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

Greet guests warmly, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
Handle reservations, cancellations and modifications using multi‑line phone systems and hotel management software.
Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all transactions are correctly processed and recorded.
Address guest inquiries, requests and complaints with a positive attitude.
Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs and financial summaries for handover to daytime staff.

Required profile

Previous experience in hospitality or hotel operations preferred.
Strong customer‑service focus with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently during night shifts and maintain attention to detail.
