Part‑time Maintenance Technician (3 days/week)

About the role

Diamond Rock Rentals, a Greystar property, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join the team on a part‑time basis. You will be responsible for keeping the building, grounds, and common areas clean, safe, and fully functional while delivering excellent customer service to residents.

Key responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests, including appliance repairs and routine maintenance.
• Perform the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, coordinating inspections, punch‑list items, and vendor work.
• Maintain exterior areas, pressure‑wash breezeways and pool zones, and handle basic painting and signage tasks.
• Track inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, and support cost‑saving initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts.

Required profile

• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience in painting, entry‑level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• Professional demeanor and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.

• Valid driver’s license for golf‑cart operation.
