Part‑Time Lecturer – Construction Management

About the role
The College of Professional Studies at Northeastern University seeks a part‑time, non‑tenure‑track lecturer to teach graduate courses in Construction Management on the Miami campus.
Key responsibilities
- Teach graduate courses within the Construction Management concentration, including Foundations of Construction Management, Construction Planning, Construction Execution, Monitoring & Closing, Construction Contracts and Law, and related subjects.
- Deliver instruction both in‑person and online, adapting curriculum to diverse, global student populations.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Professional certification such as PMP, CCM, PMI‑CP, or similar.
- 10+ years of industry experience at the construction manager level, overseeing full project lifecycles.
- U.S. work authorization for the entire appointment.
- Experience teaching at the graduate level is strongly preferred.
