Part‑Time Lead Sales Associate

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Part‑Time Lead Sales Associate for its Ontario Mills store in California. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will act as a Key Holder, delivering an exceptional shopping experience while supporting sales, merchandising, and daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store, manage key holder duties, and ensure security protocols.
• Model and coach team members on customer service, sales techniques, and visual merchandising.
• Assist with product placement, inventory replenishment, and store upkeep.
• Drive sales performance by meeting individual and store targets.
• Maintain compliance with all Levi’s policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Strong customer‑focused attitude and willingness to support teammates.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.

Required skills

• Basic retail point‑of‑sale (POS) operation.
• Ability to follow store directives and policies.
