About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated part‑time Key Holder for its Empire Outlet in Staten Island. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help create an exceptional shopping experience through customer service, sales, and store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach store associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Assist with merchandising, visual displays, and getting products to the sales floor.
• Support leadership in driving sales, training staff, and meeting performance goals.
• Handle store operations such as opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory tasks.
• Promote a positive, inclusive store culture for customers and teammates.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Commitment to follow Levi’s policies and achieve sales targets.
• Strong work ethic, positivity, and willingness to learn.
