About the role
RB Sushi is looking for an enthusiastic Host to join our front‑of‑house team on a long‑term, part‑time basis. You will be the first point of contact for guests, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere while supporting smooth restaurant operations.
Key responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls promptly, manage reservations and take‑out orders.
- Greet guests, seat them, and ensure a positive first impression.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as logging reservations and updating guest information.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to maintain a seamless flow.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic and career‑oriented with a focus on guest relations.
- Available to work Friday through Sunday, with flexibility on weekdays.
- Ability to follow directions and work well within a team.
Required skills
- Knowledge of food, beverage, and service operations.
