About the role
Northwest is seeking a part‑time teller to join its Lock Haven branch. The teller will be the primary face of the bank, delivering excellent customer service and handling daily transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other transactions accurately.
- Identify referral opportunities and contribute to the branch’s sales performance goals.
- Balance the teller drawer daily and assist with vault, ATM and dual‑control balancing as needed.
- Participate in branch meetings, huddles and operational tasks, including opening and closing duties.
- Provide product and service information, resolve customer issues and refer complex requests to appropriate specialists.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Customer service experience, cash‑handling experience and preferably banking or retail experience.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of the bank’s teller system and general computer applications.
