Part-Time Teller – Stadium Plaza, Lowell, MA

About the role

Join Santander’s Lowell branch as a part‑time teller at the Stadium Plaza location. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering fast, accurate banking services while supporting the branch’s daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer inquiries and process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other transactions.
• Handle cash, maintain an accurate cash drawer and reconcile balances at the end of each shift.
• Follow all bank policies, compliance and risk‑management procedures to prevent fraud.
• Identify opportunities to cross‑sell Santander products and guide customers toward digital self‑service tools.
• Assist with audits, custodial duties and other operational tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and may support nearby branches when required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of cash‑handling experience.
• Minimum 6 months of customer‑service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Fundamental math skills for transaction accuracy.
