Part-Time Store Supervisor – San Clemente, CA

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Store Supervisor to join the Beyond Yoga outlet in San Clemente, CA. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help ensure daily operations run smoothly while driving sales and fostering an engaging team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily store procedures, manage payroll, cash handling and inventory control.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and financial plans.
• Open and close the store, serve as a visible service leader and resolve customer concerns.
• Monitor and improve performance metrics such as conversion, units per transaction and sales per hour.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, training and retaining store team members.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and recommend adaptations as needed.
• Oversee product receiving, transfers, price changes, RTVs, markdowns and loss‑prevention initiatives.
• Coach staff, manage minor employee relations issues and uphold company policies.
• Build relationships with the local community and act as a brand ambassador.

Required profile

• Ability to lead a retail team and drive employee engagement.
• Strong focus on operational excellence and customer service.
• Experience handling payroll, cash and inventory processes.
• Comfort with visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Capability to address performance metrics and drive sales results.
