Part-Time Store Supervisor – NorthPark Mall, Dallas

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. isn’t your typical retailer. As a Part‑Time Supervisor at the NorthPark Mall location, you will be an integral member of the store management team, helping to implement strategies and operational excellence that protect brand equity, drive customer satisfaction and support financial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance and support.
• Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and high standards.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and deliver exceptional customer service.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills; able to support, assist and coach store associates.
• Compliance with all Levi’s store policies, procedures and programs.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.
