About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a part‑time Registered Nurse to join the IMSL Float Pool providing outpatient care Monday through Friday. This day‑shift position supports multiple outpatient units, ensuring high‑quality patient care and seamless workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to patients in various outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with physicians, allied health staff, and support teams to coordinate patient treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record system.
• Respond promptly to patient needs, emergencies, and changes in condition.
• Adhere to hospital policies, infection control standards, and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Current active RN license in Arkansas.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Flexibility to work across multiple outpatient units on a rotating basis.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
